Today I got a miniature bell pepper... check it out!
Here it is!
Lil Miss thought it was an apple.
This is Little Man holding the mini bell pepper. He knew what they were immediately.
I had used 5 tomatoes I had on hand and added them to some canned tomato sauce that my neighbor gave me. I made enchiladas for dinner last night.
Today I used the rest of the sauce, an onion, the green bell pepper (Lil Miss ate the mini one), some hot sauce I had, and some spices and made homemade salsa.
It looks SO good and tastes REALLY good too!
