Real {Fast} Food (A Review)

I was recently given a copy of a book to review by Trina Holden at All That Is Good called Real {Fast} Food.  I have been excited about this book since the day I heard about it.  I am very new to the real food journey, and it sounded right up my alley.

Boy was I right. this book was everything I thought it would be and more!  In Real {Fast} Food Trina walks you through making real food step by step.

It's so hard to choose a part I liked best because I loved the whole book.  (Mental note:  Print this book out and have it bound for future reference.)  But if I had to choose I think it would be the section on breakfast, I am not friends with breakfast, we are barely on speaking terms, but she has a whole bunch of nourishing recipes that may be able to help me with my lack of breakfast making abilities. It is also because of her that I was able to make the leap and get rid of my microwave.  You want to know why?  Read the book!

Real {Fast} Food can be purchased through Trina's website at All That Is Good as a PDF or you can purchase the Kindle edition from Amazon.  At only $6 it is an excellent price for a book that could change the way your family eats for the better forever.
